Aluminium, Zamak and brass are the low-melting alloys we use to produce the components paying attention to the client design, finished with care. In addition to the normal deburring and sandblating, Partec offers a wide range of finishes that allows to obtain casting parts in line with the customers’ requirements. We also perform welding sevices, heat treatments, precision machining and isostatic compaction.
High quality series and manufacturing
The obtained pieces are absolutely reliable and could be employed in the various sectors: aeronautics, automotive, defense, aerospace, medical industry. The development of production technology and the continuous verification of processes solve the problem of maintaining high quality in all the pieces of the series, guaranteeing constant performance even in those sectors where a mechanical defect could have important repercussions. For this purpose, our quality control also includes X-ray check of the pieces in order to detect any imperfections invisible from the outside.
