PARTEC is the ideal company to help all the firms that need to materialise their project in a fast way to verify their efficacy, viability and performance.
In this way, designers can identify possible problems studying the prototype and improve their project. Consequently, the final product will have higher quality and wastes in terms of time and resources can be deleted. In fact, producing and imperfect product may lead to the waste of the investment.
We rely on a big sector variety and experts, but apart from the fields considered and the applications, every idea starts from a CAD.
CAD is the acronym of Computer Aided Design and it is a software widely used in the design environment since it allows building a virtual 3D manufacture to make statistical, dynamical and structural analysis.
Current technological abilities allows designing every kind of object through CAD, so that this technology can be used for big dimension projects in architecture, but also smaller components.
In the same way, the complexity spectrum can vary from a simple circuit to a whole facility.
In industrial design branch, the precision level we can reach through the program is crucial, since details are fundamental to ensure coherence between the prototype and the final model.
However, despite the program efficiency, rapid prototyping is more and more key in the final product realization, since it allows testing its physical characteristics more efficiently through a huge range of techniques, materials and finishes.
The project realised through CAD is the model to build the prototype: you simply have to send the 3D file to PARTEC (for instance in STL, STO or IGES extensions) so that the technical department analyses it and identifies the most suitable technology to materialise it. In this phase the ideas exchange between our technical department and the client is crucial to understand necessities of the prototype better and offer the best solution in terms of costs, materials and finishes.
According to the analysis result, the project is sent to the related department (stereolithography, sintering, vacuum casting, FDM, CNC or investment casting) to carefully give it life in detail.
Once the necessary processes are done, the prototype is cleaned and shipped according to the previous agreements made with the clients, so that work will flow with no problems and wastes are reduces to a minimum.
Thanks to its experience, PARTEC offers its competence during both the consultancy and the process phase. We also support clients in the after-shipment phase, when problems arise.
